ClearlyMedical is a physician-led medical education channel dedicated to making complex clinical concepts accessible — to patients who want to understand their diagnosis, and to families navigating a new condition.

Every video is researched, written, and presented by Dr. Fuad Said — a practicing internist and nephrologist, assistant professor of medicine, and residency program director with over a decade of experience teaching medicine to physicians in training.

The channel grew out of a simple observation: most patients leave their appointments with more questions than they came in with. Fifteen minutes is never enough. ClearlyMedical is the conversation that appointment didn't have time for.

What we cover

ClearlyMedical publishes in-depth video explanations of common medical conditions — starting with the diagnoses patients encounter most, and expanding from there. Each video is built around what patients actually ask, what doctors actually want their patients to understand, and what the evidence actually says.

The channel publishes in English. A companion Arabic-language channel, طبي بوضوح — Tibbi Biwiduh, brings the same content to Arabic-speaking audiences.

Dr. Fuad Said is a board-certified internist and nephrologist, an assistant professor of medicine, and a residency program director. He has spent his career explaining complex medical concepts clearly — first to physicians in training, and now, through ClearlyMedical, directly to patients and the broader medical community.
